Environmental Interaction
There was very little information on this topic however, this is what I could find.
The Axum Kingdom was very successful in where it was located. The Kingdom was located right along the Red Sea which allowed the Kingdom to trade easier with other colonies around them. The Red Sea allowed the people in the Kingdom of Axum to travel to other colonies along the Red Sea and trade products with them. Also, the writing system within the Kingdom of Axum was very helpful. The writing of the Axum people allowed them to communicate with each other and allowed them to read and write.
The people from the Kingdom of Axum also used the natural environment as a means for food and tools. They were able to capture animals and use their meat as food. As well, the skins of the animals were also useable for clothing. Once the people were finished with the animals, they would use the bones as tools and weapons for war. The tools were very useful in the everyday lives of the people in the Kingdom of Axum. The weapons were very useful when they would go to war and defend their land.
